Function Features
- Patented weighing device: Using the weighing device with patented technology owned by our company. This weighing device enables accurate measurement of the workload on the work platform. Unaffected by the load's position on the platform, this weighing device prevents misjudgments that could otherwise affect the platform's normal operation.
- PLC and CAN bus control: An industrial controller is installed on the chassis, turntable and platform respectively. The protection level of these controllers is IP65. They also use advanced CAN bus control, with simple circuits and good reliability; maintenance and fault diagnosis are simple.
- High security: Double-spool hydraulic circuit prevents uncontrollable accidents caused by hydraulic valve sticking. The emergency power unit ensures timely recovery even in the event of engine failure.
- Anti-misoperation function: It prevents restarting when the engine is started and protects the starter and flywheel ring gear; when the platform width and height reach a certain level, the driving speed and boom movement speed are automatically limited, even if the engine is at high speed.
